Gladiator Shoes
Is the women's gladiator shoe style just a fad or here to stay?
Women's gladiator shoes are all the rage these last couple of years. Shoe designers started to roll them out about two years ago but the style didn't really catch fire in the main stream until Dior customized a pair of their Gladiator Extreme shoes for Sarah Jessica Parker in her hit show slash movie Sexy and the City.
Since then this hot style has taken off with lots of creative uppers from all designers placed on any type of construction you can imagine. There's the obvious women's sandals, the women's heels, the women's wedges, and the women's boots.
From the most conservative colors of black, white, brown, yellow, purple, blue, green, pink, to the wild and wacky zebra, leopard, matellic gold, metallic silver, matellic pewter, and so on. Spring shoe trends will definitely still feature the strappy and brawn look of the infamous Gladiator trend. Just not in your dull winter colors.
I mean seriously, would a Roman put on pink Gladiator shoes? Imagine if they focused a little more in fashion than world domination. back to the shoes. Imagine that. Imagine your gladiators NOT having zippers but only have straps. Worst yet, imagine your kid's gladiator shoes didn't have zippers or buttons! Spending a few more minutes messing with come buckles or getting the latest looks with the hottest current shoe style?
There is an interesting article about a gladiator shoes, and you can find it in shoes guide.
I hope this article useful to you.
Thanks.
